There was a time when you could find us dancing in our home, to our song. No one is there, just us in our thoughts and praying that the obstacles we were about to face would have a happy ending.
It is ironic that it takes something that threatens your life to realize the importance of the little things. How lucky we were to be alive and have a supportive and loving family.
On the day we were married, we were blessed with the pitter patter of many feet, and that of course, has happened. Just yesterday, I realized that we went from 2 kids to 4 in almost an instant. There was such a little break in between the last two, that there was no time to get used to having 3 before we actually had 4.
I know that everything that happens in this life is a plan that has been written for us. We take so many little things for granted. It is a blessing to be married, and to an amazing person that is perfect for me. It is a blessing to have a baby, even when 4 seems overwhelming, I know that there are families who would give anything to say those words. It is a blessing to be happy and always a blessing to be healthy. A full night of uninterrupted sleep, and a day free of pain or heartache may never be a reality, but life is. Enjoying every single moment and always living our life with Christ at the center.
